Sooo I just read the most recent Naruto chapter.
A lot of people didn't like him. But I did. He was neat and interesting and probably not the best fighter of the Sannin, but he had his own personality, did his own thing, and trained Naruto, so you can't hold that against him.
I'll miss him.
Man, Naruto's going to go batshit.
And you know, I'm noticing a really obvious trend with Masashi Kishimoto. He always starts giving the side characters backstory right before he kills them off. Zabuza? Haku? The Third? Asuma? It's getting to be a trend. As soon as you start to like someone, *poof*
Hmph.
In other news, finals are eating me alive, I want hot chocolate, and Doctor Who is the best show ever. I'm in love with the Tenth Doctor.
He fucking fought against Satan. AND WON.
Although, I have to say, THANKS, WRITERS, for such an obvious display of foreshadowing. Death is supposed to be a surprise, you know. It always is. Unless you're dying of terminal illness or are on death row.
I haven't finished the second season yet, but judging by the foreshadowing they stuck up there in flashing neon letters--and some things I've seen around the Internet--I have a pretty good idea of what happens. But still, don't spoil it for me, please!
