So the other night, at 4 AM I finished Motley

It's kind of like giving birth to septuplets because it


weighs in at 725 pages and a total of


388,087 words because I'm totally, completely and in all other ways


INSANE.


But! I've finished it. And oh my god it feels good.

And now I have ten million other things to do before I go down to Louisiana for a week and kill myself building houses and stuff~

Haha, it is. I don't know why I perpetually write ensemble casts, but it's fun!!

I bet! I've gotten bored with the interactions between whatever two people in Elurame - since I rarely, rarely have more than two people in any given scene, and one of them is always Gardal or Tallain.... It gets old pretty quick. Ensemble stuff is nice like that.

Haha, well it's still difficult to manage, though, which is probably why Mot ended up EXPLODING. But what you can do with that, I suppose, is incorporate secondary characters. That way at least you have more interactions going on.
