BREADS OF INDIA!!!

Gooodddsss above is that restaurant to die for. I don't even know what I had--marinated lamb, I think, and saffron rice and two zillion spices. I have fallen in love with Indian food. It's the good kind of spicy, the kind of spicy that burns your tongue but doesn't give you heartburn and makes you curse the day you heard the word "spicy." Like Mexican food. And tomatoes. Both of which I used to love but, alas, can no longer have. But Indian food is a billion times better. Spice, spice everywhere! And the tea!! The TEA!!! Oh my gods, you have not had tea until you've had THIS tea, which I don't even know what it is. Tastes like cinnamon and probably four hundred other spices, and looks like a mocha latte.
*PURRRRR*
I've also seen heaven today. Heaven is a cheese shop. With green cheese. Green cheese!! And CHOCOLATE cheese! Which isn't as good as it sounds. But then it doesn't sound too good, does it? I know, I'm babbling, but it's cheese. I'm allowed to babble.
Thank you sweet creator, whoever you are, for inventing smoked goat gouda. Yes. Smoked goat gouda. *dies*
I like cheese.
Cheese makes the world go round.
To explain, we went to Berkely today to meet my Dad for lunch. Lunched at the aforementioned Breads of India, then we went to the cheese shop around the corner and checked out REI and the North Face outlet. Around then Dad had to leave, so me and Mom went to a chocolate shop.
See how wonderful this day has been? Indian food, cheese, and then chocolate.
Only one thing can spoil this day: an ortho appointment.
Fortunately I came away with my teeth not feeling like they're using chainsaws to get out of my gums, so that's a plus. And no fluoride either, so my tastebuds were working and I could taste my glorious smoked goat gouda. And the herb and garlic brie. Also glorious, also to die for.
Yes, this has been a good day.
