Got my fix and Borders. Happy, yes, precious.
But in more important news, the simmering finally worked, thanks to spices thrown in by Christina and the muse (who has decided to take up residence inside my head again, after her vacation to Borneo). I took out a three page chunk of Alch. 1 after Rowan wakes up, and am in the process of rewriting it. It's going to be slightly different, with more of Fell (Demon), and more emotion. Whee! It's good to have the ball rolling again.
So it's only a matter of time before the Next Big Event. Yes!!! This will include the Realization of Love, the Ship Landing on the Archipelago, and the Splitting Up of the Homeboys. Then there's an island to traverse and an abyss to fall into before the next one.
Ahhh...Sometimes you just have to let it simmer.
