Heeehhhh...

Tired. And it's only 12:45. Think I'll be going to bed early tonight. By that I mean, around one.
I applied at Pier 1 today. Random, I know, but it was right next door to B&N. Ips and I were out job hunting. We went to B&N first, but they were out of applications. Definitely a good sign. Tomorrow I'll go check back to see if they have any, plus I need to run to Best Buy which is in the same general vicinity. I'm also gonna do the online application to Borders. There's other stuff to do tomorrow too...buy lightbulbs for one. And look out for my boxes, which I'm starting to sorely miss.
I had some Lost musings, but my brain isn't working well enough to post them now. Mostly to do with...*koff*. Kate called earlier and we chatted it up about Lost and all the implications of yesterday's ep and whatnot. Woot. Texted Julie and I think she's gonna Ipcall tomorrow.
Ips and I met up with the girl who is living at her house (don't ask) and her boyfriend (the girl's) and we broke into the Stoneridge pool to swim. This is what we do. Ips kept the key from when she lived there, so technically it's not breaking in. Hush.
I actually wrote for Mot last night! Alright, you can pick yourself up off the floor now. I think the muse has come back to Mot, despite her insistance on developing characters for a completely different project. In any case, I was struggling with this bit of connective tissue that would kind of lead the way into the time the group spends on Tamara--the Massori homeland (hm, long story...). It's a Hex bit. I realized something about her I didn't know before. There's a bit I want to rewrite, but it's all good. Or all G, as Ips says. The best part is, I know where to go from here, it's just a matter of writing it.
Didn't get to read anymore of the House today. And I don't think I'm getting any writing done. I think I'll stay in tomorrow after running errands and get some things quieter things done (i.e., reading/writing/planning). Assuming my room doesn't kill me. It always gets so damn hot in my room, no matter what I do. It's really not logical to write up here during the day in summer. I suppose I could go down in front of the TV (the computer room is right out), but that usually gets taken over by chibi teens once school's out. Though it's a Friday, so...and now, before my stream of consciousness takes me anywhere else, I think I'm going to get some sleep. Ta.
