Yeah, it's a shame because she was an interesting character, overall. But I love Rose to death. She just ran with everything and always had an answer. I felt bad for Martha, though, the way the Doc kept mentioning her.
Well, wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff and all that. He is the Face of Boe, I assume he can just be any damn place he wants to be (and any damn when).
