After Tomorrow, Things Get Better

Did the registration thing this morning. Here's what my week will be looking like next week.
MWF
Introduction to Social Institutions and Organizations: 9-9:50 (kill me)
Social Change: 10-10:50
Proposals, Grants and Reports: 11-11:50
TR
Fiction II: 9:25-12:05 (I believe)(and this is still fucking early)
Statistics: 1:10-2:25 (I have to take a math class for my Soc major. There is no justice in this world.)
World Civilization: 2:35-3:50 (not with Ablard, but I've waited three years to take the damn class, be damned if I'm not gonna jump at the opportunity)
Yep. Getting up early every day of the week, how the fuck am I gonna manage this one? I haven't had to periodically get up before nine in...dear God, I don't even know how long. This might sound just like complaining, but I am simply not wired for the morning hours. I almost wish these classes would be at, like, 10 PM rather than in the morning. Night classes would be a hell of a lot better than morning classes, no joke. Despite the fact that it would eat into my free time.
Tomorrow everything is due, pretty much. My writing portfolio for Women and Writing. My rough draft for my Religion paper. And there's also a test in Grammar. Ugh. But, I've finished the rough draft, I'm almost done with the portfolio, and the tests in Grammar usually aren't much to bark about. And after tomorrow, things get infinitely better. Plus there's a good chance that there won't be class on Thursday, so that's a whole day of free time. Hopefully I can use it to write that next fanfic chapter. I have promised myself and my readers to get the next chapter up this week, and dammit, I'm gonna do it.
That's not to say I don't still have hella shit to do. My two major papers are far from done, there's another unit coming up in Women and Writing, and also a presentation due in WW and in Religion. Never mind that it's also time to start thinking about how the hell I'm going to get everything home, including myself. So far it's looking like we're all going to Chicago to visit Molly for a few days after school's out, then I leave the 16th (I think) to get back to California. The problem is what to do with my luggage then. I'll likely be lugging home about four bags, and I can't carry all that by myself. This is something I'll have to think about.
My storage stuff is done, though, fortunately. I get my boxes in the middle of the last week, and the pickup is the Saturday after. Though I'm also gonna have to store my TV this time.
Well, now it's time for more Heroes. Hooray! We're almost done showing Sophia the awesomeness. Then she'll have to suffer with us as we wait to see if ***** really ***** ***** and ********.

Date: 2007-04-11 03:55 am (UTC)Yeah, I'm getting pretty busy too. Luckily, as a Computer Science major, I don't have to write many papers, but exams and projects are a bitch.
Mm, luggage is always tough. Last year I ended up spending about 3 hours trying to cram everything in my van for the final journey home. You should've seen it. I wish I had a camera. It was very nicely packed. There was hardly enough room for me. After that, I vowed never to let my mother pack for me again.
Oh man, the Heroes graphic novel series revealed something pretty big this week. You should probably read it so that you can see what it is. Two more weeks!
See you on Friday!
