I Need to Go Get My Drugs

He wasn't in class today, either. He sent out an e-mail saying how he hadn't slept since Wednesday and is on medical leave all day. That's the whole week he's been gone. He says he'll be back Monday, though.

Christ. I hope the poor guy's okay. I rather like him.

In other news, well, Yakitate Japan concluded last night--midway though the series--on a relatively good note, though I'll end up downloading the rest of it I'm sure. Really. What great related crazy reactions are in store for us in the future? I guess next week we start something new.

The other anime we're watching, Noein, is pretty damn brilliant. It's got unique animation, for one thing, and the storyline is complex, but understandable, and very interesting. Pretty much, quantum phsyics and multiple timespaces, that kind of thing. What's really interesting is that they manage to mix the slice-of-life aspect of the main character's lives, along with the whole timespace-traveling, warrior dudes from the future where the world is destroyed...thing.

Julie and I are finishing Naruto this weekend.

And speaking of Naruto...the next chapter was finally up.
