I look pretty good with black hair. I straightened it and it looks even better. Unfortunately I don't think the color took everywhere, so I'm going to have to have Ips check it out. I have these weird patches of brown. *shrug*

GSA thing today at Round Table. My mom better get her ass home, I need to be at RT in all of ten minutes.

Finally saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Hoo-boy. I love Charlie Kaufman. The man is a creative genius. That movie so rocks. Awesome. Incredible cinematography, and the chronology was just...*wow!* And Kate Winslet rocked. A majore turnaround from Titanic, which is the last place I saw her.

Woot.

Finals start Tuesday. Meh.

The song Nara (E.S. Postuhumus) would do SO well in just about any minorly epic movie. If my books got turned into movies I can think of so many good places to put that song in. It's so pretty.

Well the GSA thing went alright, though as usual in social situations I was a wallflower. Met new people and we're talking about making this thing a monthly...thing. To form unity between the Tri-Valley GSA's and all that good stuff. We're talking about doing a joint thing for Day of Silence in April this year. Woot.

My hair is still patchy and Ips is busy, so she said she'd call me. I'd hate to have to wear my hair up tomorrow.

Meh. That's about it. Haven't worked on Penta at all this weekend. *sigh*

Egads! Someone lit up the school Saturday morning! Torched the computer lab in the portable apparently and someone (else?) put up a swastika and anti-gay graffiti on the B building. I haven't seen it but we were talking about it today at the GSA thing. It was even in the paper. Yipes.

I keep forgetting to mention that I finally saw Sideways yesterday. Went all by my lonesome. And then I got Quizznos, woot!

Anyway, it's a very good movie. The characters are so real--you can really identify with them. I just see this parallel between me and Miles. I love movies like that, it's why I like Bridget Jones so much--you can look at the characters and say, "oh my god I do that" or "I so feel that way sometimes." The ones you can really identify with, you know? Love that.

And Miles's monologue about Pinot wine was just beautiful.
