Well, apparently they have caught the kid who pulled the fire alarm--either that or the administration is lying again.

Chem test wasn't as hard as I'd thought it would be. One more day, then I get to play "School's Out" by Alice Cooper. History test tomorrow, but I'm not worried--I'm good at history.

Just finished watching Bowling For Columbine, which is why I'm in a Dsgrntld Citizen mood instead of any of my other names. The movie is funny as hell and a wonderful movie, but it always bothers me--in a good way, I suppose. I like Michael Moore--he's one of the few liberals not afraid to speak his mind.

Meanwhile, back in fantasy land...
So yeah, we're sort of on the cusp of another Big Event for good old Rowan and the rest of the gang. They're on another ship and are being followed by the bad guys. The Next Big Event will be rather explosive and emotional.

I've realized that I haven't really given a plot for Alch. 1 (which is just the word title so i know where it's at, it's not the real title--however, the trilogy title will be called "The Sourcestone Trilogy"). So anyway, here it is. Ahem, *koff* *koff*

There's this girl, see, called Rowan, and she lives in this world of my creation called Taranthar in a country called Moorath in a town that hates magic. One day she's discovered with a magic potion of sorts and is banished. Meanwhile there's this Alchemist, an evil woman with about a million soldiers at her command and a shit load of other interesting stuff, and she's trying to take over the world--that old story. Rowan meets these freedom fighter guys and decides to fight the Alchemist, and in her travles she realizes she's the central figure of an ancient prophecy dictating the arisal of the Alchemist lady and the savior--called the Starchild--who's supposed to fight her. The trilogy deals with the war and with Rowan's developing powers and stuff. 319 pages so far in the first installment--get a woot woot!

So yeah, that's my plot summary, and it sucks, but ah, well. There's a fair number of characters, so I'll only list the main ones--Rowan, obviously, a critter called the Talking Dog--three guesses why--a guy named Catcher Mystery Dale (crazy name, i love it), a Demon named Fell, and a kiffle (don't ask me to explain) named Piffwing. Yes. Piffwing. I love her. She's crazy.

I love writing. I love writing fantasy in particular. My world, my rules. Fuck physics.
