Rain
So last night it started pouring and thundering and lightning. Julie, Kate and I went out and danced in it. It was one of the most exhilarating, refreshing experiences of my life. We got soaked and yelled at lightning and danced in puddles and generally acted silly. I seriously considered going and playing in the mud down on the field.
Oh, and we saw streakers. Haha!
Then we went inside and had hot chocolate and generally felt a lot better about a relatively crappy day.
And only a little while ago I literally couldn't see anything outside my window for the fog. It was like San Francisco.
God, I love it here.

Well, as for the anime itself, thus far it's shown signs of dragging. It's getting almost into filler territory and taking a long time to get into the real plot. I'd have to say that the manga is a lot better. In terms of originality, I definitely see your point--when I first started reading it, I was like, "this sounds almost exactly like FMA." Later on in the manga, once you meet the Clan of Noah, things start to get more interesting. You learn more about the exorcists, the Innocence itself, and a lot of other things--plus there are some really heart-pounding fights and heart-breaking moments. I'd say, check out the manga, read at least up to when the Noah's plot starts to unfold, and if you don't like it by then you probably won't like it at all. As for the anime, meh. It's kind of going down the tubes at this point.
I tried, but Septimus started howling and getting all hot and bothered when I tried to run the disk. Which doesn't make any sense, since the files showed up as Acrobat files--nothing that would have made him freak out. I suppose I'll try again when he hasn't been running for very long, but yeah, haven't had a chance to look at them yet.
