We went to a play tonight at the local mini theater. Steel Magnolias. I didn't know it had been adapted for the stage. I haven't seen the movie, but the play was really good--it follows five women in the Louisiana in the 70's-80's (we're not sure) and takes place entirely in a beauty parlor. It's pretty much the women gossiping and examines their friendship and the events that bring them together, etc. It sounded like your typical chick-flicky cliche type, but it was actually really original and well done. The characters were all well-rounded, and there was no true lead--each character had an equal amount of lines and stuff. Plus it was funny.

I found Naruto scans last night. Words cannot express my happiness. It kind of only just occured to me that in the anime, if the filler arc begins around 135ish, it goes on until 192. Which is...unforgivable. I can't wait that long, not after the last arc.

I need chocolate.
